  1. When working with the element associated with my Saturn, do I feel comfortable or uncomfortable? Why is this?

  2. When working with the zodiac sign of my Saturn, does this feel familiar or unfamiliar? If familiar, what strengths do I associate with this sign? If unfamiliar, do I have any present thoughts or feelings associated with this sign? What would I like to learn more about it?

  3. What is the overall energy of the house my Saturn is in? Is it mainly empty, or crowded with placements? When I reflect on the areas of life associated with this house, what has my experience been in these areas up until this point?

Then note the following: -What resonates with me in both the strengths & the challenges of the zodiac sign? -What doesn't fit or feels unfamiliar?

  5. Next, skip to page 22 to read about Saturn itself. Then note the following: -When I reflect on all the various obstacles I've overcome and lessons I've had to learn and experience the hard way, what thoughts and feelings come up for me? Is there guilt or shame? Acceptance or forgiveness? Avoidant or detached? Understanding or confident? -Are there any areas I can offer myself validation or release?

  6. If Saturn is the actor or player, and it's portraying the role of (natal zodiac sign), I would picture this character as: Can be attitude, style, appearance, likes/dislikes, personality traits, etc. You can equate this to a character in pop culture, give it a name of your own, or just refer to them as Saturn. Get creative and don't be afraid to be as detailed as possible in your description!
