Eating and drinking are daily responsibilities we have for our physical bodies, our minds, our energy, and overall wellbeing. And I have found that in my experience as a witch, it's these necessary, mundane obligations we have as humans that benefit the most from our touch of magick.
You don't need to be a pro, and you don't even really have to like cooking to get value from this class (though I bet you stand to gain even more from it if that's the case for you). There is SO MUCH you can do in the sacred space of your kitchen- no matter if it rivals that of a 5-star chef or if you're relying on a couple appliances in a smaller area.
In this workshop we'll be going through a variety of ways to work intentionally with the energies in our ingredients and tools, how to care for the place(s) we prepare meals, how food is used in ritual and offerings, and how true kitchen magick at its core is a mindfulness practice.
