That Witch Next Door provides safe community and support for aspiring astrologers and students of energy work & witchcraft to help them tap into their authentic power to strengthen intuitive development and achieve wholehearted fulfillment.
I believe the world is in a place of grand transformation, and there is a growing number of people reclaiming and redefining what spirituality is, and its role in our lives.

I believe that one’s fulfillment can be achieved through the integration of physical and metaphysical living, and that astrology and witchcraft are methods of practice that can & should be used to encourage authenticity, promote accountability, facilitate learning, and grow collective compassion.

Our authenticity is the most effective way to integrate our intuition into every aspect of our lives. Without authentic living, we cannot empower ourselves, we cannot accept & offer truth, we cannot achieve alignment. Authenticity paves the road for healing & growth both internally, and flourishes out into our collective. -
Accountability
Our individual accountability directly combats unethical behavior of individuals and organizations in the spiritual industry & community. Accountability mindset ensures the progress and protection of our highest good. -
Learning
Our ability to learn negates any perceived power of a “spiritual guru” or corrupt leader. The ability to continue learning guarantees that even the most experienced teacher will always in turn remain a student as well, and that any student of any experience level and background has a valid and valuable perspective. -
Compassion
Our capacity for compassion fuels our mission of connection and nurtures our progress as beings of this earth. Without compassion, we fail to recognize our role as part of the collective, and its connection to our Selves. -
Our Highest Good
The highest good is something we can all intuitively sense, and is also something that exists so far beyond any one particular moment in just one particular life, that we often have to surrender to the parts of it we can’t see or understand at a specific moment in time. Respect and honor for the highest good of all is an imperative mindset and intention of any spiritual practitioner offering their skills and practices outside of themselves.

​I will never pretend to know something I truly do not, and I will never claim the label of "expert" as I truly believe we are all eternally teachers AND students.
If there is something I don't know, we'll do our damnest to figure it out together during our time together, and if not, we'll get you a referral or on a clear path of direction to head in.

That Witch Next Door does not tolerate hate speech, bigotry, racism, sexism, ableism, supremacy or elitism of any kind. I believe in supporting one another, lifting each other up, admitting and owning up to privilege, and - especially as a mother - living, speaking, and acting by example. That Witch Next Door also welcomes all paths of witchcraft here! This is a JUDGEMENT-FREE space. I do not shame hexing, cursing, or jinxing. This is not an “all love & light” space, I do not promote toxic positivity. We practice shadow work here and we honor the dark right along with the light.

I personally discuss and encourage more discussions of different philosophies, ideas, and theories with respect and mindfulness. As witches, many, if not most, of us have experienced harassment, bullying, and unfounded judgment. In this community we tap into our basic human decency and empathy to treat others with dignity and respect - even when we disagree.
