Neptune symbolizes our unique understanding of and connection to spirituality—and everything that encompasses. When Neptune stations retrograde in Aries, we can see some rage come up, especially as we deconstruct previous experiences within religion, indoctrination, and all that shaped our beliefs.

Keep an eye on: Impulsive declarations as well as denunciations. You may see a wave of “spiritual awakenings” overnight so to speak, in addition to announced departures from spiritual communities.

Embrace: Spiritual exploration!! Take what you’ve learned, take what you feel, and put it together in a spiritual practice all your own. It doesn’t have to make sense to others, and it doesn’t have to be “provable.”

Thu 7/9 Venus → Virgo

Venus in Virgo gets a bad rap due to it being in its zodiacal fall. When we turn toward the challenges experienced in a Virgo Venus, we can discover some of the deepest of our non-negotiable values, and unapologetically embrace them.

Keep an eye on: Fixing people in your life. Try to distinguish where valid discrepancies and true incompatibility differ from one another. Just because we aren’t exactly the same, doesn’t mean we’re not meant to be in each other’s lives, and there’s also cases where we’ve just simply grown apart.

Embrace: Simple, wholesome fun with others just as much as you let your freak flag fly with your most intimate inner circle. “Life is too short to be hanging out with people you don’t want to be hanging out with.” –Dani’s mom circa 2010.

Since Cancer is ruled by the moon, this energy can feel either delightfully at-home, or it can feel emotionally overwhelming, or even isolating for some. Vulnerability is not the enemy, and you still don’t have to harm your own boundaries.

Look out for: Emotionally-charged reactions, and projecting onto others. Breathe deep and trust the guiding core of your feelings.

Embrace: Sensitivity and softness-born strength. The most comforting and loving archetype of Mother is also the most ruthless and ferocious protector.

Leo season is the time to GO for it—wear the outfit, make the call, turn the page, take the plunge. Courage doesn’t miraculously show up and make things easier, it’s born in the experiences we follow desire and passion at our most scared.

Keep an eye on: Approval-based decision making, remember that you can have main character energy without getting permission from others. (Also we don’t love every main character—authenticity isn’t about being liked, it’s about being who you already are and finding what’s meant for YOU.)

Embrace: Your inner leader, your inner diva, your tender and cares-too-much heart ❤️‍🔥 We need more freely given love in this world, not more self-doubt. So give the compliment to the random stranger, and proudly say thank you when someone compliments you!

Keep an eye on: The thirst for blood. Discernment belongs in the process of retribution.

Embrace: Boldly righting your wrongs, maintaining your conviction, and following through with sacred action.

The Nodes of Destiny shift once again, and this chapter is all about progress for the greater good. Aquarius asks us to zoom way outside of our personal bubble and gets us into our connection to the collective.

Keep an eye on: Detachment from your personal community; your incarnation here and now on Earth has purpose!

Embrace: Your inner revolutionary and the drive to better humanity. How can you use modern technology and resources to help others?
